Travel Club Network
The Travel Club Network meets 3 times a year for the purpose of looking at trips, sharing trip ideas, learning about new trips, and making suggestions for group travel. All are welcome. Dates, times and locations will be announced on the Home Page under Upcoming Events. Meetings are typically held in February, June and October. Next Travel Club Network is Wednesday, February 22nd, 2012 atr 2:00 p.m. at the K of C Hall on Francis Rd in Mt Morris.
Travel Certificates
Travel Certificates are available in any amount and do not expire. They are good for any trip offered by Ann's Adventures. Think about using them for gifts for someone you think would enjoy travel. They will make great gifts for birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, anniversaries or any other reason! They also make great retirement gifts. Contact Ann for purchase.
Trip Sign - Up
Participants can sign up for a trip by phone, e-mail, or mail. Once your name is received, it is placed on an Interest List. Your deposit (or full payment) will assure you of a seat. Sometimes there are more names on the interest list than there are actual seats available. When the maximum number of seats with money deposited are full, the rest becomes the Wait List. If you really want to go, you should put down a deposit!
Payments
All checks should be made payable to: Ann's Adventures. Personal checks, cash, money orders, and bank certified checks are all acceptable methods of payment. At this time, credit cards are not accepted.
Refunds
For Day Trips - Full refunds will be given only if there is a wait list and I am able to fill your place prior to departure. Partial refunds may be given if I am able to recover the costs of prepaid tickets, meals, etc. Cancellations and no-shows on the day of the trip will not be entitled to a refund. Refund checks are issued after the trip is completed.
For Extended Trips - Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended. Ann's Adventures will include the insurance cost for all trips that involve an airflight.
Medical Forms
Medical Forms are required for all trips. Once you fill out a form, it will be kept on file and used for all trips. You can update your form at any time by filling out a new one. These are used in case of any emergency.
Driver Tips
The Driver tip is included in the price of the trip for all Day Trips. On Extended Trips, an envelope will be passed at the end of the trip.
Trip Departure Site
Currently all Day Trips will depart from the K-Mart Parking Lot which is located on Vienna Rd in Clio at the I-75 interchange. Extended Trip Departure Information will be included in your trip packets.
Trip Poems
Trip Poems will be available for $1.00 per poem.
